Seanspilot transcribes the session in Turkish on your device, drafts a structured clinical note, and leaves the last word to you. Record in the room or on Zoom, Teams and Meet; dictate after the session; or import a WAV recorded elsewhere. Client data never leaves your Mac.

For independent therapists and small clinics, on Apple Silicon (M-series) Macs. 16 GB RAM required, 24 GB recommended.

Writing up a session takes serious time and attention.

Seanspilot takes that load so you can stay with the client. It drafts the note; you approve the clinical content. You can then ask questions of the approved file.

Stays on the device

Recording, transcription and note generation run offline on your Mac. Seanspilot does not send your data to the cloud or to third parties.

Turkish, with speaker labels

It transcribes the session in Turkish and separates client and therapist speech. Record in the room or on Zoom, Teams and Meet. If the client does not consent, dictate after the session; you can also import a WAV recorded elsewhere.

A structured clinical draft

It drafts SOAP, DAP or a free narrative. Every claim cites a transcript segment; ungrounded sentences are flagged. You approve the clinical content.

You stay in control

You review, edit and approve. Nothing is saved as a note without that approval, and audio is not deleted before it.

Ask the file

Ask the notes you approved, in your own words: “when did sleep trouble first come up?” The answer comes only from the approved record, shows its source, and writes nothing back into the file.

Consent is required to record the client: in the room, on Zoom, Teams or Meet, same gate. If there is none, dictate after the session; if you already recorded the call elsewhere, import the WAV. Every note states which path it came from.

On-device transcription

Transcribed in Turkish, with speaker labels, entirely locally.

Note draft

Local AI drafts a clinical note in the template you chose. Every sentence is tied to transcript segments.

Review and approve

Ungrounded claims are flagged. Once you approve, you can export the note as DOCX or PDF.

Ask the file

Ask the approved client file in natural language. The answer is grounded in notes and the formulation you approved — not the transcript, not a draft.

Privacy is not a feature. It is the product.

Zero network traffic at runtime

The app does not use a network connection in daily use. Recording, transcription and note generation run offline. Models are downloaded only at first install.

Encrypted storage

Data is encrypted on the device. The key lives in the macOS Keychain, gated by Touch ID.

Tamper-evident audit log

A hash-chained, append-only audit ledger: attempts to alter it are detectable.

Consent to record the client

Client audio cannot be recorded without a stored consent: in the room, on Zoom, Teams or Meet, and when importing a WAV. Dictation sits outside that gate: there is no client audio, so none is required.

Retention is yours to set

After approval, audio is deleted by default. You choose how long to keep it.

Why Seanspilot?

We build Seanspilot at Pigontech from a simple belief: therapists should not have to send client data to the cloud to lighten the documentation load. Health-data privacy and KVKK concerns are why everything runs on your device, offline. AI drafts a note and answers questions of the approved file. The clinical decision always stays with you.

Who it is for

Independent therapists and clinics. Apple Silicon (M-series) Mac, at least 16 GB RAM (24 GB recommended). Fully offline. A Windows version is in development; no date.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. Client data (audio, transcript, notes) is not sent to the cloud. In-room and online recording, dictation, import and processing all happen locally. The app does not use a network connection while it is running. It does not join Zoom or Teams, and it does not connect to any calling platform.
